Natural light is splendid indoors, with glass walls and ceiling, nets diffusing direct sunlight. No need for flash here.Equipment
Sony a-6000 16-50 standard lens, handheld.Inspiration
This venue is a great opportunity to get up close and personal with many butterfly species. You need to work it a little to get a natural feel background though.Editing
Micro-adjustments in lightroom luminance settings, minor cropping for desired positioning. In my camera bag
My a-6000 with standard lens, a micro-tripod, SD cards, too much dirt.Feedback
I'm more of an oportunist photographer. I like to capture beauty wherever I find it, rather than trying to create it. I do chase moments, spaces, faces, I like to find extra-context: duality, stillness, wind, order, chaos, nostalgia... my advice would be : keep your equipment simple and available, use it all the time. Close the bag and open your eye. You never know.
