It had been raining alot as this poor black bear's fur shows. Now that it is fall, the black bears are looking for food to bulk up in preparation for hibernation.Unfortunately for this bear there was NO ACCESSABLE GARBAGE so he wondered back into the green belt to continue his hunt for easy food.
