Location
I was visiting a friend in Mississippi and went to a roadside dinner to get some supper. This was growing just outside the order window, being new to photography and using the auto setting on my camera, I snapped the photo.Time
It was in the early summer evening, while waiting for my to go order.Lighting
It was all the camera and mother nature's work, I just pointed and took the shot.Equipment
I just purchased a Nikon Coolpix 900 and used the auto feature and held it steady and "click" the image you see was captured.Inspiration
It was natural beauty that greeted me outside a little roadside dinner at the order window. Mother Nature is wonderful in her simplicity.Editing
No, I really don't believe in it. What you see is what you get, with the digital cameras of today, you should be able to get the best shot at the time you take the shot. This is just my opinion. In my camera bag
I don't have a bag of stuff, I am only an amateur at this, I keep my Nikon Coolpix900 in my truck and I also purchased a tripod that can breakdown into a monopod if I want it to. Simple is best sometimes.Feedback
Just keep you eyes open and expect it when you least expect it. Always look at your surroundings, while in your car at a drive thru or in line at the bank you never know what Mother Nature might show you in that moment. Slow down and "see" the Rose that is out there.
