where was this photo taken Larry? I saw a fabulous exhibit last summer at the Phila Art Museum on the textile designs of South Africa that was just phenomenal. The woman in your photo appears to be wearing fabric of that design group. wonderful shot as usual

Dear Ruth: Thanks for your comment. Photo is from Malawi, a small country in Southern Africa. Sometimes the people there asked for a donation for a photograph. I was walking through the market in a small town, saw this woman who had dignity and appeared needy with the new baby, I passed her a few dollars, then she asked if I'd like to take her photograph. She is a lady with a good heart. :)
