An incredible storm that left us worried and anxious with so much rain coming in to Houston and the Katy Texas area. However, throughout the storm, my hummingbirds (I have 4 in total - every season more are stopping by) stayed, they were flying around in the heavy and light downpours for 4 days straight! Home is here for now, and it's where their heart is until they depart!

Love the streets in Oxford, took this while out walking. Love how it feels so quaint and simple.

They were fairly young when I took this, they still like to be close to each other when they slept. To me it almost takes on the shape of a heart.

Gabriel (one of my pups), that was one of his first times to get in the pool. He sits there now regularly when he is hot or wants to cool off.

Morning naps are the best! And we love having the bed to ourselves...

Gabriel loves to roll around in the grass, especially in the later afternoons...

We have a friend visiting this weekend, Scout is another white golden retriever. We have all really enjoyed him!
