steam from dry ice in hot water. The steam is poured over the model, covering only part of the body, which requires the model to maintain the same pose over some time. Numerous photographs were combined to create the dress. As the steam is heavier than air, the model has to be reclined, otherwise the steam would not follow the body, the picture was rotated later.
