Best one so far. After all the negativity these boneheads are experiencing today, what's next?!!? In your story line you state...it's user friendly and brings people together. Yes it does. It's a pleasure to see so many stand up for what is right. Maybe the powers to be can show a little humility.

My hero, Frank! Unfortunately VB is either too boneheaded to notice that a lot of us VB veterans recognize this stupid new messaging system for how bad it is or they just don't care! I suspect a little of both.

If one were to investigate. One would find that VB uses a company named Salesforce, CRM or customer relationship management. the company is huge, worth Billions of dollars. They have an artificial intelligent app that costumers like VB can use. I imagine it can answer emails and other mundane things. The question is..Does VB use A.I to monitor our email concerns and if so, does anyone check? VB has become quite large lately is it getting over the managements heads? Maybe someone could get hold of Le Keisha Lopez, their community manager and ask her.

Good research! Maybe we could put a 'captcha' app on our messages to them to see if a real person is reading/answering. Of course, as long as Lopez is raking in the money, she/he doesn't give a royal crap.

Sadly they don't listen to us VIEWBUGGERS!!!!.....my complaint got the same response as everyone else.....I've asked them NOT to automatically renew my membership....hope lots more ask the same....just go onto lite so we can keep in touch
