Dear Daisy: This was rare sight with tourists passing through Yellowstone. When spotted, tourists stopped cars, tumbled out with big cameras and park rangers arrived to control the crowd. My camera is nothing special so this shot from a distance isn't too bad given the conditions. Thanks for commenting--hope all is well for you and your family. :) :)

Thanks Amanda. It was a rare opportunity as bear sightings aren't that common in the open where photography is possible. Daughter and I were on car travel around Yellowstone National Park, an extremely large track of land with mountains, rivers, waterfalls, animals, and geysers. :)
