After leading a macro workshop at my local rspb nature reserve I decided to go back the following day. I was aiming to find exactly this ! Early in the morning the dragonfly nymph climb out of the water and begin to morph into dragonfly's that rule the skies of the insect world. After many minutes of trying different angles and techniques I came away with this shot :).
