Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in a studio. A very pretty girl named Dasha called me and asked about a shooting. We met with her, talked a bit and one week later I invited her to the photosession.

Time

Dasha was ready for shooting. She brought a lot of outfits with her so we spent 3 or four hours in the studio, from the noon till the evenong.

Lighting

It's a very good studio which I rented often. The owner is a well known photographer and that's why everything works just fine there ;)

Equipment

As alwais in studio I used my Nikon D700 and couple of lenses, 28-300 and 85mm

Inspiration

My model was a classy beauty and she grabbed with herself some long dresses. We talked about this image during our first meeting. The result which I've got satisfied me.

Editing

Usually I work with Ps and LR

In my camera bag

It depends. Sometimes I have two cameras and 3-5 or even more lenses, tripod, flashes, umbrellas and more. Sometimes only one old Nikon D40 and Nikkor 35, that's it.

Feedback

Try to talk with your models before shooting. It helps you both.
