Washington's Gilford Pinchot National Forest is one of the best locations for fall foliage close to Columbia River Gorge.
I've spent about 10 days in Oregon this year, and have not got a lot of luck photographing as rain was pouring almost every day.
On my way to visit the Panther falls,'ve stopped on couple occasions trying to get some nice fall compositions with fog, fall foliage and roaming creeks. While this one was not the probably the best one I took, I will remember as a shot after which I broke 2 tripod legs when slipped on a rock and went full weight on the tripod...( That means probably that I have to lose some weight lol ) Feisol you were a good companion in last 3 years, welcome Gitzo, let's see from what you are made of :)
Anyways, this is a blend of 2 images, one for the water and other one for the moving leafs.
