My mom had just received the call from her doctor diagnosing her with breast cancer. We were all crying and for some reason I picked up my camera and took a picture of my eye with a tear falling. I thought I have to capture this pain somehow for others to see and understand. Later that day or the next the idea came to me of adding the ribbon and one thing after another, you have this picture as a result. The blue is my eye color and the pink of the tear my skin color.Editing
After taking the picture I black and whitened everything else but my eye color and the skin color of the tear. Then I added the pink ribbon to the eye. Next I added a filter to give it the drawn affect.In my camera bag
