Glaciers have carved the thousands of valleys, mountain ranges, fjords, etc of our planet. They created beautiful places for us to enjoy and to protect. The rock face of these remnants are lined with stories centuries old. The layers teach us when they became exposed to oxygen and what minerals they hold. They also tell us it is our responsibility to protect the fragile environments and ecosystems that rely on each other, including us, to survive.
