Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in a small village located in Old Manali Himachal Pradesh, India.

Time

Me and my friend went on a short hike in the afternoon. I spotted this girl sitting on the door.

Lighting

Lighting that day was very good. It was cloudy so i got a white light to capture this picture.

Equipment

Canon 1200D with 18-55mm lens.

Inspiration

I found this girl sitting in front of the door. I realised that the girls clothes and door colour were matching.

Editing

Post processing was done in Lightroom. Contrast, shadows, blacks were altered. Also added vignette to focus on the subject

In my camera bag

I always have my canon camera with my kit lens. This photo was taken with Canon 1200D and now i have upgraded to Canon 6D.

Feedback

Look for colours that are matching with the subject. It will give your picture a monochrome kind of a look.
