Behind The Lens

Location

I Took this shot on Jeju island, South Korea. It is 1 of 3 waterfalls in that spot. I used a tripod and left the shutter open for a few seconds to get a silky waterfall. I am a self taught photographer.

Time

If I remember correctly this was taken early afternoon on an overcast day.

Lighting

I wanted to capture a silky smooth waterfall while capturing all the details in the rocks at the same time.

Equipment

Cannon 60D

Inspiration

I was exploring Jeju island

Editing

I shoot in raw and do minimal processing like sharping and exposure and leave everything else alone.

In my camera bag

Canon 60D, 85mm prine, 50mm prime, 10-22mm, 24-105mm and tripod.

Feedback

Have a steady tripod and you may need a density filter if the sun is bright that day.
