Vandalizing my mailbox

Someone has now put 2 pieces of mail in this mailbox which were not delivered by my mailman,John. One was an unsealed letter from the Progress Energy which I have an audio message from Mary Shelton of Progress Energy saying there was a computer glich and that letter did not go out. Yet I got it on a Sunday from my mailbox. She sent the exact same letter several days latter in a sealed envelope. Who has access to there mail. This letter was pertaining to a power surge on 1-17-10 which took out my electric fireplace which was caused by neighbor who put out 2 lg. pylons which cracked my seawall the beginning of 2009. I have a posted video pertaining to this incident, "Suspicious Pylon behavior" I want to turn it into the FBI for a secret investigation since they even hand wrote another note unsigned pertaining to getting my grass cut. I love exotic wild Florida plants and when the woodstorks use to come in they would bring seeds. I like to let them grow inorder to see what they are before my grasscutters come in to do the grass! This a very good family who appreciates these plants and I am very lucky to have found them!
