northwest source of pollution over flow

This shows only one source,a Northwest large pipe source behind his seawall coming from the statue of an alleged polluter on my Bayou trying to hide what they are doing. I am dealing with the loss of a second perfectly healthy tooth this year do to the bacteria. They are putting this bacteria into the Gulf of Mexico on a daily & nightly basis now do to the lack of action of the DEP! I have been complaining now going on 9yrs. My gum disease started in 2002 and I moved here 9-28-01.
