White floaing substance in 1-04-2009.JPG

This did not make it to the Gulf yet! The level of this substance sometimes stays. It is causing the Estuary to change totally. Nothing is coming in to feed the wildlife. I am personally trying to save a colony of endangered Wood storks with the help of Sky Harbor and a local bait shop which sells me sardines at a discount! I in 2002 had a deformed Wood Stork, Hoppie, come here starving according to Seabird Sancuary. He was crying like a baby looking for his parents. I also got the permission of Fish & Wildlife to do so. i would rather be video taping the beauty of nature instead of the terrible abuses I see daily now going on 9yrs. do to inaction by public officials. That is why I started this web site in Feb. 2009. Please help me end my nightmare!
