The red light reflecting off the clouds was a surprise when i took this long exposure. I didn't actually see it until after i exposed and looked at the image.

My favorite part of this image though is the stars poking through the cloud cover at our campsite on top of the giant granite structures in Spitzkoppe national park of Nambia
