I love riding past it or even walking beside it for closely up views of the details. It is a wonderful theme and work of art. It was completed in 2010 to mark the 1000th year of founding Hanoi. Thanks for WOW. It is well deserved. I have a Facebook album that has 50 photographs of the wall.

Dear Barbara: Thanks for writing about this photo. I happen to be in Hanoi, Vietnam, at this time and a few days ago I was showing some American friends this wall. They really loved it. :) :)
