If ever there was a reminder that persistence is key to landscape photography it was this morning! Hiked up here in the PITCH black. I had never been before so had no idea where I was going, it was snowing heavily, I couldn't see no sign of a path and I fell over numerous times but I was so determined to get up there that I kept going.The fog and snow was so heavy I couldn't see the old man, then as it got lighter the snow stopped and literally 5mins before sunrise the fog vanished and out came this golden light! It left me very little time to compose the perfect shot but the light was exceptiona
