Buddy was my cat or more like we were buds. You do not own a cat, if anything they own you. Rescued him when neighbors behind me moved out and abandoned him. All I had to do was think about him and he would show up. He and I had an understanding. He had the run of the house and I could feed him, uh, sometimes pet him when he came in answer to my thinking about him. Miss that guy.
