Found just off of the Trans Canada Highways in Alberta, this abandoned gas station and restaurant was a busy stop in its heyday of the 1960s through 80s. With a brilliant view of Mount Yamnuska, the building seems to change its appearance on a regular basis with the addition of new street art. Upon entering, one will notice the quarter-pipe and grind rail that have been added to the foundation. It is a very eerie, yet incredibly beautiful place to stop and I plan on going out there again in the future!
