Apples and I have a special story.
It boils down to health. An apple or more a day honestly kept my health straight when I was having some problems. It's the first thing I would ask for when I felt that sudden pass out feeling. I'd eat a cold apple and I would feel so much better within that 15 min. It was more than the hydration. There's something about those apples.
This was taken at night with a LED flashlight. I had the kitchen very dimly lit.
