I guess you could say my interests as an art photographer are those of extremes. It's either the soft, warm sensuality of the female form or the cold, hard intricacies of the mechanical. But they are not so different upon introspection. Both are full of subtle nuances that make up a complex and more beautiful finished presentation. This series of fuse box photos I shot on one of my photo walks this summer reveal a beauty of inner workings. It's not exactly the subtle posings or stimulating expression of nude art photography, but there's an intimacy to these shots that I find quite artworthy, even if your average electrician does not see the beauty of their work.
