Our tour of the Kruger Park was coming to it's end, but on our way out we spotted a group of giraffes grazing by the side of the road. We stopped to watch them and see if we could get some good pictutes of what seemed to be all adult giraffe, when one of them started slowly moving away. She stopped and craned her neck and from what seemed almost out of nowehere, her baby appeared from the dense trees. The walked almost in step and started making their way down the road in front of us, side by side. It's always beautiful to witness the bond between a mother and her baby, no matter what species
