Behind The Lens

Location

It was a lovely experience in sohna India where I clicked this lovely shot , my friend Anita Mohan posed her hand for me.

Time

It was mid afternoon time of summer. When this tiny frog jumped in front of me and forced me to pick my camera back from bag and click him.

Lighting

Light was not enough as it was sitting in a dull area but 1.6 aperture helped me to manage with light as I was too close to the subject so light was enough and soft.

Equipment

I used my Nikon D5300 with Nikon 85 mm prime lens , it was handled shot no special equipment have been used.

Inspiration

I am a nature lover and fall for all kind of nature and obviously frogs are too cute, aren't their cuteness is enough to inspire you . I holded the frog in my hand and after that My friend also wanted to hold him. She kept her on hand and it was looking too cute when he gripped her hand with his hand. I was really enough to capture the lovely moments.

Editing

I have just did appropriate cropping and I was done with editing part.

In my camera bag

It always depends that what I am going to shoot as there's no limits of beautiful stories on this earth. If I am going for wildlife I mostly keep Nikon D5300 with 80-400 Nikon lens which gives very sharp results good reach, another I keep Nikon D 700 with 85 mm prime lens and Gopro. But if I am going for street photography and portraits then the kit is different Both camera bodies and 50 mm 1.4 Nikon , 35 mm tamron that I keep for it. For landscape I keep Nikon 24-120 fixed Aperture lens and Nikon 20-35 ,2.8 lens. So my bag is always that way packed accordingly.

Feedback

I will say patience is the key pressing the shutter on right the time is always better. The frog himself is too cute but when he secured him by holding the hand of my friend was the right moment to capture to give viewers a better story of love and security. So nothing special but the right moment is the key to capture the similar shots. At the end I would love thanks all to liking my shot and showing your love for it. Thank you.
