Location
The picture was taken about 15 km away from my home town Schongau. Schongau is a small town in southern Bavaria. It is located on the edge of the Alps and close to the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle.Time
I was on my way to take pictures. Since it was a beautiful autumn day, I wanted to go to the so-called Kienberg to photograph the Alps panorama. When I saw these trees emerging from the fog, I just had to stop and take this picture. This occurred on 24.09.2016 at 08.19 a.m.Lighting
The light was not really optimal. A lot of fog, the sun just came through. But a look through my camera told me that it was, as it was, good.Equipment
This picture has been taken with a Fujifilm X70 and the Fujinon Lens WCL -X70 without any other equipment 14 mm - f 5,6 - 1/1000 ISO 320Inspiration
I was just in the right place at the right time. Inspired by the view from the car window during the journey.Editing
I had the X70 the black and white film simulation with yellow filter selected. Since I am currently shooting only JPEG, I had with my MAC in the photo app only minor improvements make. Sorry for the bad translation. I need to use the Google translator. In my camera bag
My favorite camera is the Fujifilm XT-2. We both still get used to each other. Often I use the 18-55mm 2.8 - 4 lens. For a KIT lens, it is exceptionally good. I also use the 23mm 2.0 prime, the 60mm 2.4 prime, the 14mm 2.8 prime and the 55-200mm 3.5 - 4.8 I know, for a hobby photographer I am quite amassed glass. Sometimes you need what you believe you need. Since the Fujinon lenses are very expensive, I bought almost all used and did not regret it.Feedback
I believe this photograph is not tied to a particular area. There are trees in the fog around the world. Except in the Sahara and the Gobi desert :-)
