A routine plant watering chore lightened up my day when I spotted this bright colourful Male Crimson Dropwing dragonfly (Trithemis aurora - Crimson Marsh Glider) flying around. After much deliberation, he decided to relax for 2-3 secs on the pineapple plant giving me this picture opportunity. It is strange that he was in a garden because the normal habitat is marshy areas!
