My day job is a photo-compositor. This was a commercial piece created for a pharmaceutical client to be seen in medical journals. The original image was to be a middle aged man on the pool float, but that did not test well, so a stock image of a woman replaced it. The pool float gator was shot in a studio, the rest of the image is a composite of dozens of different images.
