An old abandoned and unfinished cathedral in my hometown which was started in 1984 and blessed by Pope John Paul ll but was left incomplete and untouched since 1988 when the guy building it passed away. It really is something of beauty but its a huge loss to the community knowing how something so magnificent can be left abandoned and closed off to the public. Now its become something almost ghostly which is why I chose to shoot at this angle on a cloudy day representing how dark it feels standing in an untouched 50 acre piece of land instead of the place of worship it was meant to be.
