A beautiful palace , but I would change the colour for natural stone :)

Hello Amanda: Thanks for comment--Interestingly, all government buildings including schools, are painted this mustard color. Some people like, some don't.

The French were very proud of their Indochina colony. As a result they did urban planning to capture the beauty of landscaping and architecture. Most of those buildings from 100+ years ago are well-preserved and protected by Vietnamese government. Interestingly, all are painted that mustard color. :)
