The mountain in the background is Escudilla the third highest mountain in Arizona. At one time it was a volcano spitting fire and molten rock. Now it is a peaceful location to drive on top and see the elk and other wild life that call it home today. This shot was taken from a nearby canyon just after a snow fall.
