This is Diamond Point on Discovery Bay in Washington State. Discovery Bay is part of the Strait Of Juan de Fuca. Diamond Point was the inspection point for ships wanting to enter Puget Sound back in the day. International ships were docked and perishables were inspected here. The old dock poles still remain.
