Location
Took this shot down in Gatlinburg in early Fall.Time
Later in the day is when I shot this so the sun wasn't so harsh.Lighting
When it come to shooting stuff in the woods direct sunlight usually isn't the greatest. I like to wait till golden hour or when its cloudy.Equipment
This was taken back when I first got into photography so I use my cannon t3i with the kit lens at the time.Inspiration
I just like capturing moving water, nothing to specific inspired me.Editing
for this shot I did little post work on it. Used the clarity and texture sliders to enhance details. brought up the shadows and diminished the highlights as well. also brought up whites and lowered darks to make the image pop a bit more.In my camera bag
My current Loadout I use the Sony A7Riii with the 16-35mm 2.8 GM and the 24-70mm 2.8 GM. Gorilla pod so I can get those low angles, Mavic Air 2 for those crazy perspective shots or hard to get waterfalls and the GoPro Hero 8 for capturing the BTS of what I do.Feedback
Just remember to expose your shots properly and to get the dreamy look on the water shoot at a low shutter speed. You might need to adjust your aperture or iso to compensate for the exposure.
