After a long and early morning of chasing the Northern Lights, I had a feeling there may be a nice sunrise. So, I packed my gear back up, went to one of my favorite places to watch sunrise, and waited. It did not take long for the sky to start exploding in colors! The sky started purple, went to red, then fire orange, and finally yellow. It was an amazing sight to see!! This photo is a four-shot vertical panoramic of Beach Lake in Chugiak, Alaska
