This photo was taken at noon on a cloudy day. In New Zealand the beaches (mostly 90 Mile Beach) are used as roads, trucks and buses even drive on them!
I used Analog Efex Pro 2 to blur the foreground a bit.
Camera settings: 18-105mm set to 66mm, f-5.3, 1-800 sec, ISO-200.
