I like to call this location Shangdi-la. The photo was made in a hidden valley along the Caribbean slope in Costa Rica. To get here requires a 3 mile hike along game trails that cut through the jungle. I was luck to make a visit to this spot in sequential years and was fortunate to arrive as the clouds were touching the jungle foliage.
