“Triund Hill with its actual top point @10,632 ft and temple of Kunal Pathri Devi, hosts a ridge @9150 to 9414 ft, offering one #camping spot to its South East with 4-5 tea #stalls and a #Forest Department Rest House and another camping spot after 2 hours #hillwalk to North at #SnowLine Cafe at around 3300 meters MSL and Laka”
Triund is one day #trek on one of the oldest migratory route seasonally used by “Gaddi Shepherds” of “Chamba #Valley” and #Kangra Valley.
Triund #Hill is located at a height of about 2,842 meters above sea level and with a distance of about 9 kilometers from #McLeodganj (located at height of 2,082 meters above sea level) and 17 kilometers from #Dharamsala. During your trek if lucky enough, you can see the snow birds and wild animals like musk deer and black bear. Once you reach the top of Triund you will find yourself standing in front of the mighty and humble looking Dhauladhar (the #mountain #peak of Dhauladhar is at an altitude of about 4,800 meters from sea level).

After long trekking i reached here around 5 in the evening and captured this beautiful Scenic view in my camera.Lighting
I researched and analysed the best time for this light would be just before initial days of winter and after end of raining days so i planned accordingly and i was fortunate to find a big water pond which was created by nature just after rain for me.Equipment
I used my best and reliable gear Nikon D750 with 24-120mm F4 lens. This is handheld shot so i didn't used any tripod and natural light was enough to make it mesmerizing picture.Inspiration
I love to capture landscapes and i keep travelling for these kind of views and my each capture inspires me to capture more better shot from next location.Editing
I did minor post-processing like color correction, lens distortion correction etc. I do not like to edit and manipulate images to make it un-real by adding extra elements.In my camera bag
All the time i carry my camera Nikon D750 with 24-120mm F4 and 50mm. Rest i carry gears according to situational need like tripods, other lenses etcFeedback
I would suggest everyone to please first observe the view/location with your naked eyes to actual feel the essence of location. Secondly always study and research about location and best time of light. Then pick your gears and start shooting. Never count your clicks.
