@Jake that is no way to critique a photo. At least point out the points you do not like. Personally I don't mind the choice of subject at all. Viewed as a thumbail it looked like an eye, intriguing enough to grant a closer look. However I'm trying to figure out why you opted for the depth of field effect. It also looks slightly blurry, maybe a tripod would help in this regard.
