Yes. I use an 8" reflector with a Philips SNC900SN webcam. I then use Registax to stack and process the image.

Not really as it is a simple one shot image and no post processing involved. Just get out there and have a go for yourself. You can get good images with a hand held digital camera with a good zoom, try it for yourself and see!
