Hi just a couple of images of galaxies to post. I think that this and the following image show that the universe is an amazing place to study. Each of these galaxies contain hundreds of thousands of stars that are capable of sustaining life, it makes you think doesn't it!!

Hi I use a GOTO 8" reflector with a Philips SNC900SN webcam. I then use Registax to stack and process the image. The black dots are processing problems, you see you have to over expose the foreground stars to bring out the detail in the much further galaxy. It is a nuisance but well worth it for the detail in the galaxy.
