Behind The Lens
Location
I shot this from the North side of River Thames next to London Bridge (on the right).Time
It was at the dusk around 10pm.Lighting
Lights from office buildings reflect on the flat surface of water at late hours while ships with their sidelights slowly sliding underneath the bridges. I thought long exposure would make a perfect line parallel to flat surface.Equipment
This was shot on old soviet film camera Zenit11 with prime lens Helios 44M 2/58. It's around 45 second exposure at f8 on the simplest tripod and cable release. I used Ilford FP4 film stock and homeprocessed it in caffenoll. I use cheapest Tesco "every day value" instant coffee (59p at the time) to make my caffenoll recipe.Inspiration
Constant nonstop move of a city life is inspiring to take your camera and walk alone at nights.Editing
Local photo express did standart scan on this roll with little bit of contrast added I guess. In my camera bag
I normally pick one from my collection of film cameras. It's often different one in my bag for the day.Feedback
