I always have my Canon 7D2, 100-400mm2 lens and a 1.4ext.3. with me in the kayak. I also carry a gopro for underwater video and an above water video camera.Feedback
Don't chase after Loons. Paddle into their part of the lake and just sit there. They will eventually come closer to see what you are doing. Zoom lenses work best. Carry your camera and lens in a water proof bag until ready to shoot.
