I just loved the curves of the track, and waited until the car was in just the right place to make it aesthetically pleasing.Equipment

I just love capturing images of old classic cars.Editing
I turned the image onto mon chrome because it is in keeping with the era of the car, also the light wasn't very good.In my camera bag
When covering a race event, at this time I carried a Canon 7D with a 100-400 zoom and also a 70-200mm Zoom. I also carried a Canion 5D MkIII with a wide angle zoom. With all this weight the most I could carry on top of this were a few spare batteries, fortunately both cameras use the same battery pack.Feedback
Be patient, look for signs on the track to see where the drama takes place. Skid marks and repaired barriers are a good sign. Hair pin bends at the end of a long straight are also a favourite for photographers. Don't let poor weather put you off, some of the best motorsport images are captured in the rain.
