Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Eastco Holiday Resort in Magaliesburg South Africa

Time

While we were waiting for the hot day to break we sat around the camp fire whatching the sun set, where around 5:30pm I took this photo

Lighting

I wanted the nature scene to look as I saw it so I didn't use a flash or any lighting only the natural light as the sun went down

Equipment

This photo was taken with a Canon EOS 760D with an EFS 18-135 mm lens. I didn't use any other equipment.

Inspiration

I really love nature scene especially sunsets so while we where sitting around the camp fire, I witnessed this beautiful sunset almost as if in a movie, so I decided to capture the moment for ever.

Editing

The only processing I used was to dehaze the photo a bit and to adjust the saturation just a bit.

In my camera bag

I normally have my tripot, my Canon EOS 760D, a EFS 18 - 135 mm lens, a 75 - 300mm lens, my charger and all my cabels and also a lens cleaner.

Feedback

I don't see myself as someone whose photos is extra ordinary but rather as just a amature photo... I would say if you have a passion for taking photos then you must do what you love. A perfect photo comes from lots of patience and focus and never giving up or never let others discourage you. Always, with every change you get, take as many photo's as possible
