This is a new edit on the first 'Dead on track ' that I recently posted, except I made it appear to be at evening twilight instead of in the afternoon that it shows when I first took the photo. Since the trains headlight was on and shining I thought it would look cool if I could make it look like it was right at the begining of night time before total darkness of the night. I hope that you like my editing efforts. A lot of my friends and followers on other photo and social media websites like it a lot and have given me great compliments on it, and I only can hope that it's received here just as well. Thanks sincerely to anyone that likes it as well. :-) ✌

I took this photo in the late afternoon when I was in town looking for subjects to capture. And I was rather disappointed that day because of not finding much that inspired me. And then on the way out of town I was walking along the train tracks, but up on the sidewalk next to the street, when this train came up and stopped. So I thought that this would be an opportunity to get a shot right in front of it and then get it home on the pc and see what sortof editing I could do with it.Time
About 5:30 in the afternoon.Lighting
When I tweaked it up in Photoshop with the raw filter edit I then took it to picasa 3 like I always do with my photos so I could use the tool to write my name, logo, because it's so much easier to use in Picasa 3. And while I was there I I looked at all the options available and one was the motion blur, and so that is how I was able to get it to looking like it was in motion, booking towards me. So, it actually looks as if I'm sitting on the rear car of another train and seeing this train engine coming at me with great speed. :-) I've gotten so much respect for my efforts on it and comments on it from my friends, saying how much they love it, that it looks cool, etc. :-)Equipment
I only used my Fujifim digital camera to capture it sitting still on the tracks. And it sat there for quite a while. But I wanted to mention too that the original shot was much lighter, because it hadn't yet began to get dark out,. so being that it's headlight was on I thought that if I could make this look darker that it may look better, in some ways. So I used a grunge filter on it, in Snapseed, on my android phone, to get this twilight effect. :-)Inspiration
I had seen a lot of photos of trains and I thought when I saw it that I could do something with this train, especially since I had the opportunity to stand out in front of it. So I just worked with it, editing it, to come up with this view.Editing
Well,.. lol, I just explained all of that in the previous question. :-))In my camera bag
I have my Fujifim camera, and I have three film cameras that I take with me sometimes, and I have a good tripod, but I'm wanting to get a new Sony camera, because one of the film cameras has two great lenses that will fit any of Sony's a-mount cameras. I was hoping to win a Sony camera in one of your contests. But there are so many amazing photos in those contests. I live in Alabama and there's just not any great landscapes around here, compared to the rest of the world. So, I have to try to be creative with the options available.Feedback
I would just say to try as many ideas that you can and that you see if there's anything that you can create, if you don't have the opportunity to travel. I love to get photos of old vintage cars, if I can capture one in an artsy way, and not the antique car show way of photos. There's a lot of room to be creative, with old cars, in mint condition. Some wedding photographers use them in their photo shoots, and it's really amazing what they can do in that way. But those are just a couple of ideas,.. there's so many other ways to be creative. I was an artist first, and have sold several paintings, so having an eye for many perspectives really has its advantages in my photograghy. :-)
