For those who haven't experienced fair or festival food popular here in the Midwest, cheese on a stick is battered and deep fried. Just to up that saturated fat! You can also get, in no particular order: deep fried Twinkies, cookie dough, butter, Oreos, and macaroni and cheese. And deep fried dough. The cheese is an odd color in the photo because of the filter on my camera.
