The white crested cockatoo doesn't live like the most cockatoos in Australia rather in Indonesia. They're endemic at Halmera, Bacan and Obi and you will mostly find them in pairs or groups up to ten animals in the forests and swamps of the islands.
The photo of this one I've taken at the Birdparc Ambigua in Switzerland and unfortunately he was that noisy as beautiful.
