After waking up at 3am in my tent in Seattle I drove my 1967 Mustang over to the Mt. Baker National Forest. There I did a 2 mile hike completely alone...another person couldn't be seen for miles. It was pouring rain and the eerie feeling of being watched crept up on me...but it was still one of the most amazing short hikes ever!
